3. Intellectual property

All elements of the ConjuGrec website and application are protected by copyright, trademark law, database rights and software protection law. These elements are the exclusive property of Olivier Aillery (or licensed to him), including but not limited to:

• the "ConjuGrec" trademark and the conjugrec.eu domain name;
• the application's source code (front-end, database, server functions), considered a software work under articles L112-2 13° and L113-9 of the French Intellectual Property Code;
• the educational database: verb selection, Greek conjugations organized by tense, bilingual example sentences, semantic group classifications — protected by sui generis database rights (articles L341-1 et seq. of the IP Code);
• the visual identity: logo, color palette, icons, illustrations, screenshots, promotional materials;
• the game and educational design: progression system (olive branches → olive trees → goats), daily and weekly challenges, spaced repetition algorithm adaptation, game modes, mastery levels;
• all texts, documentation, translations and editorial content.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, translation, transmission, distortion or reuse, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Olivier Aillery, except for the limited exceptions provided by law (notably article L122-5 of the French IP Code). In particular, the extraction or reuse of a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the database is prohibited (article L342-1 of the IP Code).

Any unauthorized use engages the civil and criminal liability of the offender and is subject to the penalties provided in articles L335-2 et seq. of the IP Code (up to 3 years' imprisonment and a €300,000 fine).
