Consumer mediation adhesion

This is an informational English translation. The French version is the legally binding text in case of dispute.

In accordance with article L611-1 of the French Consumer Code, the publisher of ConjuGrec has joined a free mediation scheme for disputes with consumers. This page provides the official supporting documents for this adhesion.

Designated mediator

Adhesion duration: from May 28, 2026 to May 28, 2029 (3 years). During this period, CM2C's mandate is irrevocable.

Official document signed by CM2C's president confirming ConjuGrec's adhesion.

Submission procedure

  1. Prior complaint: before any submission to the mediator, the User must have sent a written complaint to the Publisher at contact@conjugrec.eu and not received a satisfactory response within two months.
  2. Submission to CM2C: fill in the online form at cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php or write to 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.
  3. Free procedure: mediation is entirely free of charge for the consumer.
  4. European ODR platform: in addition, the User can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
