Submission procedure
- Prior complaint: before any submission to the mediator, the User must have sent a written complaint to the Publisher at contact@conjugrec.eu and not received a satisfactory response within two months.
- Submission to CM2C: fill in the online form at cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php or write to 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.
- Free procedure: mediation is entirely free of charge for the consumer.
- European ODR platform: in addition, the User can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
